Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Implement safe working methods based on industry best practices
- Take part in continuous improvement projects (VSM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, new product introductions, etc.)
- Analyze and optimize workstations to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Participate in risk assessments for equipment and workstations
- Work closely with production, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and other teams
- Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
- You have a technical diploma or AEC in Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent background
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You have a solid grasp of Lean Manufacturing concepts and know how to apply them effectively
