Desired Qualifications and Attributes:

-Experience with online sales, web based businesses or advertising and advertising sales considered an asset

-Experience or exposure to the travel, tourism or hospitality industries considered an asset 

-Excellent communication skills - must be fluent in written and spoken English; bilingualism is considered an asset

Requirements:
 Bachelors degree in civil or geological engineering
 Eligible for P.Eng registration in B.C.
 Minimum 6-8 years of design experience
    o	Geotechnical/Civil engineering design
    o	Site investigation
    o	Technical specification and bid package preparation
    o	Construction material evaluations
    o	Terrain Hazard assessment
 Experience in Hydropower, mining and/or infrastructure project development is required e.g.
    o	Run-of-river hydropower developments
    o	Intake and powerhouse foundations
    o	Dams
    o	Buried pipelines 
    o	Slope stability assessments
 Strong technical design background in geotechnical analyses 
 Previous work in coordinating design office and site work activities is a significant asset
 Experience in design optimization and technical report writing 
 Consulting engineering industry experience and previous dealings with clients is pre-requisite 
 Some domestic and international travel required</p>
