      <p>Location: <b>Any</b> - 8/6/2010<br><br>The primary role of the Territory Sales Manager with Domestika is to identify and sell the Domestika service to regional accounts. The Territory Sales Manager needs to be comfortable and confident in identifying and negotiating with decision makers and has a successful closing rate for new business and even higher rate for retaining and growing existing business. 

Roles and Responsibilities

-Identify and close new business opportunities and manage those accounts for maximization going forward 

-Effectively utilize cold calling, referrals, networking, email, tradeshows, special events and more to promote Domestika and identify potential clients

-Work with National Sales Managers on larger or more complex accounts to ensure successful close rates and to further develop personal sales skills and tactics

-Have the ability to make strong and persuasive sales presentations in person as well as effectively manage sales and the sales process over the phone and via email when needed

-Attend and contribute to weekly team sales meetings (teleconference) 

-Communicate issues, ideas, challenges and roadblocks to Management in a helpful and constructive way to enable us to continuously improve and grow the company and business

-Take ownership of the success of individual sales and the success of the business as a whole

-Track and submit a detailed sales funnel to management on a weekly basis

-Some travel is required

Desired Qualifications and Attributes: 

-2 or more years experience in a similar role with proven sales success 

-Post secondary education in marketing, business, or other relevant field considered an asset

-Experience with online sales, web based businesses or advertising and advertising sales considered an asset

-Experience or exposure to the travel, tourism or hospitality industries considered an asset 

-Excellent communication skills - must be fluent in written and spoken English; bilingualism is considered an asset 

-Must have the ability to build relationships and loyalty with clientele 

-Must be a team player and open to collaborative sales and interested in the collective success of the company and all team members

-Strong negotiating and closing skills, appropriately aggressive and persistent

-Organized, goal oriented, self motivated and driven

Position Details

-Work from home office – you must have at your unrestricted disposal during working hours a computer with high speed internet access and a telephone with clear and reliable reception

-This position will be filled as a independent contractor

-Remuneration is based on commission plus bonuses
