Position requirement:
• Completion of secondary Education is required
• Speaking English is a must
• Note: We will provide on-site training

Duties as a Server:
• Serve dishes in the restaurant;
• Greet customers;
• Help customers for payments;
• Take orders from customers;
• Help customers for take out or pickup orders;
• Take calls for reservation or take outs;
• Ensure the hygiene of serving areas;

• Completion of college cooking/culinary arts program OR Minimum 2 years of cooking experience/cook apprentice experience is required (Preferably Japanese Cooking experience)

• Cook certificate or college diploma in cooking is preferred

Duties as a cook:
• Prepare/cook Japanese food
• Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant
• Develop new dishes, sauce, recipe, menus and improve the existing menu/specialty dishes
• Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen’s hygiene

Compensation:$13.00 -$15.00 (Depending on experience)

Position requirement:
• Completion of college program in restaurant/hotel management, tourism management, hospitality or related discipline is required
• OR
• Completion of secondary education or higher education with minimum 2 years of experience in food service field is required

Duties as a Chinese cuisine cook:
• Supervise and schedule servers in the restaurant;
• Train, schedule and assign duties to the servers;
• Check the inventory and supplies used in the restaurant;
• Ensure restaurants servers are following company policies and safety procedures; Manage operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and ensure restaurant hygiene;
• Take orders and serve customers;
• Solve any customer complaints or problem arise in the restaurant
