Responsibilities
The Member Service Representative receives and processes member transactions, manages and reconciles daily cash holdings
while promoting a range of financial products and services offered by the Caisse.

Skills & Qualifications
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrates initiative, good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Financial service experience at a Caisse, Credit Union or bank is an asset
• Basic knowledge of products offered by the Caisse, such as RRSP, RRIF, RESP, GIC and TFSA is an asset
• Ability to communicate in both French and English (written and verbal) is required
