1.Understand the auto finance leads business and discuss with professionals to gather information about database intent, functions, data, input/output requirements etc. Translate business requirements into database design specifications
2.Select and implement data modeling, logical, management tools and physical database design by researching and evaluating
3.Establish policies and procedures pertaining to data collection and utilization, integrity, security, management, maintenance
4.Create a set of SQL statements and set up triggers for loan applicants’ data upload
5.Conduct tests on database management systems for functionality and accuracy and adjust them as needed
6.Create and implement sound and effective database backup, recovery and disaster recovery procedures
7.Provide sufficient production database capacity; protect database against threat or unauthorized users and regulate access jurisdiction for different users
8.Supervise the work of data entry clerk to make sure that all data is sorted and stored in the proper manner
9.Perform regular analyses of data using simple query, statistical techniques and data mining. Interpret data to identify patterns and trends in data sets to uncover meaningful and useful information
10.Monitor and evaluate the performance of database and suggest changes and improvements for maintenance or protection procedures on security, capacity and availability of database

Formal Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software, Computer Engineering
2.3 to 5 years’ work experience in data analyst and data administrator is a must
3.Proficiency in Oracle, My SQL and MS SQL Server
4.Thorough understanding of database administration, security, recovery and optimization
5.Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, ability to work independently
