 Description  : Orbit Immigration services is looking for an Office Administrator. Applicant to have diploma or degree (from college or university) in business/related field or two years of experience in office administration. Pay per hour will be from $24.50-26.50 per hour depending on skills and experience. This is a full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
Following are some of the job duties:
o Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
o Establish work schedule and timetable for the employees;
o Maintain records and perform office file work;
o Attend staff meeting and prepare the summary;
o Order office supplies and maintain record of it;
o Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff.
