Position: Service Technician

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time (35-40 hours per week)

Hourly wage: $33 - $35

Little Saigon Mall is looking for an experienced, responsible Service Technician to join us. The service technician will be responsible for performing equipment checkup, repairs and maintenance and report directly to the Manager.


Provide service to all units in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment and facilities;

Advise owners/tenants of the diagnosis and recommend for actions such as upgrading, adjustment, aligning, parts replacing, and so on.

Consult with owner/tenant and refer to work order to schedule checkup and maintenance work;

Using testing tools to conduct periodical checkup on equipment, components and assemblies;

Estimate equipment repair/rebuild requirements and prepare necessary data to provide and accurate repair quote.

Maintain records of all service activities through the use of completed repair orders, machine checklists, and expense reports;

Responsible for proper and safe use, maintenance, and reporting of compnay property. This includes tool and equipment.

Consistently present a professional image, both in personal appearance and condition of company equipment.

Responsible for completing work in a timely manner and using appropriate judgement to ensure quality and cost targets are achieved on each completed machine.


College diploma in electronic or a related field

At least 2 years’ experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic equipment and ability to work independently

Computer/programming knowledge and PC repair skill

Good communication skills

Previous experience in direct interaction with customer

Positive attitude; team player
