Reporting to the Manager III, Inventory & Logistics, the Manager, Inventory Availability will be primarily responsible for:
  • Ensuring the prompt and accurate receipt of all inbound returns, testing and production throughput to repair vendors
  • Optimizing the turanaround time to restock
  • Managing performance of repair vendors to drive quality and extend product uptime
  • Develop and manage a team of quality resources by recruiting, training, coaching and conducting performance assessment of team members
  • Foster a culture of appreciation; actively recognize and reward colleagues
  • Manage turnaround time & performance of repair vendors to drive quality
  • Supervise daily operations to optimize inventory accuracy and availability
  • Proactively manage supplies to meet demand within approved budget
  • Work with the Continuous Improvement, Reporting & Initiatives team to establish performance reports and cadence
  • Lead and support the team in the development and implementation of policies / processes / procedures / changes
  • Lead and foster positive working relationships with internal / external stakeholders
  • Proactively monitor and report on business and project objectives
  • Champion a process improvement philosophy and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Promote a unique and inclusive employee culture to foster a cohesive team and positive work environment
