Requirements
- Completion of bachelor’s degree in related field
- Graduation in Commerce, CPA or CA designation is an asset
- Five years experience in a finance role
- Extensive knowledge in financial control, internal processes, budgeting, financial forecasting and analysis
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent judgement, strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the financial policies and systems of the company
- Plan, organize, direct and control the daily operations of finance department including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Establish performance standards and prepare various financial reports for senior management
- Provide Business dashboard commentary, key variance analysis to management on periodic basis.
- Analysis of period end balance sheets and income statements, general ledger, year-end working papers, salary costing projections, draft budgets, insurance budget, cash flow estimates, comparative expenditure statements and develop budgets that will keep the company’s costs down
- Review of cash flow forecast on fortnightly basis and updating management cash position
- Responsible to ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial reports required by government agencies
- Evaluation of internal processes/control and suggesting management improvements from time to time
